Our Promise to Protect Creative Work at Core Ball
Here at Core Ball, we really care about everyone’s original ideas and awesome creative work. We want to make sure our website, coreball.co.uk, is a place where everyone respects what others have made. This page explains our rules, which follow a special law called the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). It helps us handle situations where someone thinks their creative stuff has been copied without permission on our site.
What if Someone Copies Your Work?
If you’ve made something amazing and you think someone else has put it on our website without asking, you can let us know. We want to help protect your original creations! Please send us a message with the following information:
- Tell us about your original work: Please describe the creative thing you made that you believe someone copied.
- Show us where the copied stuff is: Give us the exact web address (URL) on our site where you see the material that you think copied your work.
- Your contact details: We need your full name, your home address, a phone number, and your email address so we can get in touch.
- Are you the owner? A simple statement saying that you are the owner of the creative work, or that you have permission to act for the owner.
- You truly believe it’s copied: A statement saying you honestly believe that the way your work is being used on our site is not allowed by you, the owner, or the law.
- Everything you said is true: A statement that all the information you’ve given us is correct, and that you understand there are serious consequences if you’re not telling the truth. Also, confirm again that you have the right to act on behalf of the creative work’s owner.

Oops, Was Your Work Taken Down by Mistake?
Sometimes, mistakes can happen! If we removed something you posted, or made it so people couldn’t see it, and you believe we made a mistake, you can tell us. This is called a “counter-notification.” To do this, please send us a message with these details:
- Tell us what was removed: Please describe the content that we took down or made unavailable.
- Your contact details: We need your full name, your home address, a phone number, and your email address so we can get in touch.
- Are you the owner? A statement saying that you are the owner of the creative work, or that you have permission to act for the owner.
- You truly believe it was a mistake: A statement saying you honestly believe your content was removed because of a mistake or because it was wrongly identified as copied.
- You agree to work with the courts: A statement that you agree to be part of a court case in the area where you live (or if you’re outside the UK, wherever Core Ball can be found). This also means you’ll accept official papers from the person who first reported the copying.
Please send your “I think it was a mistake!” message to:

We Promise to Be Fair
We truly respect everyone’s unique creative ideas and expect everyone who uses Core Ball to do the same. If someone keeps copying other people’s creative work, we might have to stop them from using our website and services.
Important Note: This page helps us follow the rules of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We might change these rules sometimes to make sure they’re always up to date. So, it’s a good idea to check back here now and then for any updates.
